How to submit your claim online

Submitting a motor vehicle insurance claim online with Guardian General Insurance Jamaica is designed to be user-friendly and efficient. Start by visiting the Guardian General Insurance Jamaica website and locate the "Claims" section. The online portal may be accessed by clicking “qet a quote”, “login access”, or “make a payment” on the home page of the website or by clicking the following link https://www.myggonline.app/

Here, you will find the option to initiate a new claim. You will need to provide essential details such as your policy number, the nature and date of the loss, and any relevant documents or photos that support your claim.

Select the option for motor vehicle claims and proceed to fill out the online claim form.  In order to access the claim form, visit our website to access at https://jamaica.myguardiangroup.com/forms?company=ggijl.  Download, fill out, and wet ink sign (with a pen) the claim form.  You will need to provide your policy number, details of the incident including date, time, and location, and a description of the damage or loss incurred. Additionally, you may need to upload supporting documents such as photos of the damage, a police report if applicable, and any other relevant information. Ensure all required fields are completed accurately to avoid delays.

Completed claim forms may also be emailed along with a valid photo ID, estimate / quotation to repair damaged motor vehicle, certified copy of ownership, and photos or videos of damage, to ggjclaimsslip@myguardiangroup.com.  Alternatively, customers may log in to our online portal at https://www.myggonline.app/ and upload the completed claim form.
