Select the option for motor vehicle claims and proceed to fill out the online claim form. In order to access the claim form, visit our website to access at https://jamaica.myguardiangroup.com/forms?company=ggijl. Download, fill out, and wet ink sign (with a pen) the claim form. You will need to provide your policy number, details of the incident including date, time, and location, and a description of the damage or loss incurred. Additionally, you may need to upload supporting documents such as photos of the damage, a police report if applicable, and any other relevant information.
